Harry M. Ives

Harry Mark Ives, 69, Silver Lake, died Saturday in a Topeka convalescent center where he was transferred after he had been readmitted to a Topeka hospital March 22. He had lung and heart ailments and had been a patient many times in recent years.

He was president of H. M. Ives and Sons Printers at 406 Jefferson before he retired July l, 1972. He completed 40 years of service with the printing company.

He was born May 11,1906 _. He was a graduate of the University of Kansas where he received a degree in industrial engineering. He was employed at a steel mill in the East before he returned to Topeka.

He was married to the former Elizabeth Sheldon. She survives.
